Annual Stock Take information and current shipping update

Firstly, we would like to advise you that we have now had confirmation from FedEx, our designated courier, that all services have been resumed and you should be receiving your orders in time with your standard shipping terms.

Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and are grateful for your continued support during that time.

Stock Take Information

We would like to inform you that our annual stock take will be taking place from 18^th-21st December 2021. We would therefore encourage you to place any orders you may require during this time as early as possible, to ensure your service is maintained throughout the period.

Please note that there will also be a pre stock take count on Friday December 10th, where our warehouse will close at 1600hrs. Therefore our order cut off for this date will be 1100. 

Your Orders

Our last order date for you to place orders and receive pre stock take will be:

R.O.I. – Monday 13th December

UK – Wednesday 15th December at 1100.

Orders can still be placed online over the festive period, and will be shipped once stock take is complete. however from the 17th December up to and including the 4th of January, all orders will need to be placed before 11am.

Your Deliveries

Our last ship dates pre stock take will be Friday 17th December and we will have no available courier service after this time, until stock take is complete.

Following this, we expect all standard services and business to resume as usual from Wednesday 22^nd December.  

Please note that our couriers standard shipping time may differ over the festive period.

Our Offices

Our offices will be closed for the festive season from 25^th-28^th December.

In between Christmas and New Year our offices will be open from December 29^th – 31^st, so please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help. 

Business as usual will then recommence from Tuesday 4th January 2022.
