Annual Leave and Sick Pay Here at Amscan we want to ensure you get the breaks you deserve which is why we offer above the UK statutory minimum holiday entitlement, giving full time employees 25 days, plus bank holidays. We also understand that from time to time, you may need time off to recover from certain illnesses. After all, we are all human! Therefore after 1 year’s service, employees receive 5 days’ company sick pay.	Health and Wellbeing Amscan understands the importance of health and wellbeing which is why we offer a cycle to work scheme that not only benefits your health but also the environment. In addition to this if you work with a computer you are entitled to a free eye test and glasses contribution. Birthday Leave Amscan believes that life should be a party and that is why after 12 months continuous service, you will be given an additional day of paid leave for your birthday.
